音声出力が外付けのスピーカーの場合は、そちらのボリュームを上げてください。

(Windows) 「スタート」メニューから「設定」へ行き、「コントロールパネル」を開く。
「サウンドとオーディオデバイス」を開いて、音量を最高に設定して「OK」ボタンを押す。

(Macintosh) 画面左上端のアップルメニュー（林檎のアイコン）から「コントロールパネル」へ行き、
「サウンド」を開く。「主音量」を最高のレベルに設定する。
